Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz pkg chopped spinach, defrost & squeeze out water
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 box Knorrs Country Vegetable Soup
  • 1 c (8oz) sour cream
  • Pumpernickel bread

Directions

  1. Prepare the night before

  2. Hollow out bread & serve with bread cubes
