Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chicken backs, turkey legs or chicken legs
  • 1 pkg chicken wings
  • onion
  • Accent
  • celery
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cover chicken, celery stalks & onion with water

  2. Boil slowly 1/2 hour, partially covered with lid

  3. Strain with cheesecloth

  4. Put in fridge, skim fat and freeze

  5. Can add Accent for flavor when reheated
