Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp drinking chocolate powder
  • 300ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 284ml carton whipping cream
  • 250g tub mascarpone
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 175g packet sponge fingers
  • 2 Cadbury's Flake, cut into 4-6 pieces

Directions

  1. Put the chocolate powder into a microwaveable jug, gradually add the milk and stir to combine. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until the chocolate has dissolved. Mix well, then pour into a shallow bowl.

  2. Get out 4 glass bowls about 8cm across. Pour half the cream into a large bowl and use an electric mixer to whisk it until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk again to combine. Gradually pour in the rest of the whipping cream, whisking just for a few seconds until it is smooth.

  3. Dip a sponge finger into the chocolate milk for 2 seconds each side and put into the base of a bowl. Repeat with 3 more sponge fingers to cover the base of 1 dish. Repeat with 12 more sponge fingers to cover the bases of the 3 other dishes. Spoon a generous layer of the mascarpone cream on top of these.

  4. Dip the rest of the sponge fingers into the chocolate milk and arrange over the mascarpone. Finish by smothering the rest of the mascarpone cream over the sponge fingers. Chill for about 2 hours.

  5. Sprinkle the chocolate Flake over each tiramisu to decorate.
