Crock Pot Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 jar taco sauce
  • 1 jar or can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 sm. can green chilies
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 (12oz) bag grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12oz) bag grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onions. Mix sauces, soups,

  2. water and chilies; add to meat. Simmer

  3. about 10 minutes. In crock pot layer part of

  4. meat mixture, then a layer of tortillas and

  5. cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients

  6. are in crock pot. Top with lay of cheese.

  7. Simmer on low for 2 hrs.
