Sauteed garlic kale

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch organic kale, cleaned and chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 c. organic vegetable broth

Directions

  1. Heat oil in sauté pan.

  2. Add garlic.

  3. Cook for one minute.

  4. Add kale and broth.

  5. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

  6. Remove kale from pan and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
