Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cups celery cut into small strips
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tea salt
  • 2 tea onion flakes
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup Hellmans mayo
  • 1/4 tea tarragon
  • 1/2 C grated cheese (any)
  • 1.3 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven 350 Degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients except potato chips

  3. Place in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with potato chips

  4. Bake 30-40 min
