Ingredients

• 1 pkg oreo cookies
• 1 bowl Cool Whip (16 oz)
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 large package chocolate pudding
• 1 pkg cream cheese (8oz), softened
• 1 stick butter

Directions

1. Mix chocolate pudding as directed on box and let set.

2. In serving dish, crumble oreos to completely cover the bottom (save some for top)

3. Melt butter & pour over cookies

4. In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over cookie mixture.

5. Spread pudding on top of cream cheese

6. Cover pudding with rest of Cool Whip and crumble oreo cookies to decorate
