Ingredients
- 1 bunch romaine torn
- 1 med head iceberg torn
- 10 bacon strips cooked crumbled
- 2 c cherry tomatoes
- 1c slivered almonds
- 1 c shredded parmesan
- 1c croutons
- vinaigrette: 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp grated parmesan 2 garlic cloves minced 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2/3 c olive oil
Directions

In large salad bowl combine first seven ingredients.

In small bowl combine lemon juice, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper.

Gradually whisk in oil. Drizzle over salad toss to coat.
