Ingredients

  • Soak 1 cup of rice overnight along with a handful of urad dal and chana dal
  • 2. 1/4 kg of cabbage finely chopped
  • 3. 3-4 onions finely chopped
  • 4. 2-3 tomatoes finely choppped
  • 5. 2-3 teaspoons of dhania seeds
  • 6. 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 7. 6-7 dry red chillies
  • 8. 2-3 green chilles
  • 9. salt to taste

Directions

  1. Grind the rice, along with dals, dhania seeds, jeera and alsothe chillies to dosa batter consistency.. .

  2. Now slightly roast cabbage, onions with 2 teaspoons of oil. mix this along with the tomatoes and corriander leaves to the dosa batter and pour over the tava until baked.. cook both sides…

  3. tastes best with a dollop of ghee… :))
