Ingredients

  • orange juice 1 1/2 cup(6 oranges)
  • corn flour 4 tbsp
  • sugar 3 tbsp (adjust as per the sweetness of oranges)
  • ghee 1tbsp
  • water 2tbsp

Directions

  1. -Wash and cut the oranges in halves and squeeze the juice.Strain the juice,keep aside.

  2. -Heat ghee in a pan ,pour the strained juice in it on medium heat .Add the sugar and keep stirring.

  3. -Let it come to boil,mix the corn flour with water and add it to the boiling juice.

  4. -Keep stirring to thicken and till it starts to leave the sides of the pan.

  5. -Grease a small plate with little ghee and pour out the contents in it and spread it evenly with a spatula.

  6. -Leave it in the refrigerator for 1/2 -1 hour.

  7. -Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!!

  8. NOTES

    • You can adjust the ratio if you would like to make more in quantity.
    • Adjust the sweetness as per the sweetness of oranges.
    • Don’t leave the pan unattended,keep stirring till the end otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pan.
    • You can leave it at room temperature to cool too,if you desire it in a hurry then refrigeration is
