Barbecue Chicken for Buns

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 4 T. butter
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 4 T. white wine vinegar
  • 2 t. dry mustard
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • 1 t. salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 8 hours. Stir chicken until it shreds. Pile into steak rolls and serve.
