Campbell’s 15 Minute Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Dinner

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 T. oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked minute rice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken from pan.

  2. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper to pan. Heat to a boil.

  3. Stir in rice & broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and paper. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done.

  4. *for creamier rice, increase water to 1 2/3 cups.
