Pizza Crust

Makes 2 Crusts

Ingredients

  • 1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Directions

  1. Mix yeast, water, sugar, salt, and garlic until yeast is dissolved.

  2. Let stand about 5 minutes.

  3. Add flour until you can work it with hands.

  4. Knead until smooth.

  5. Cover dough lightly with oil.

  6. Let rise until 2x size. Split and spread.
