Ingredients
- 1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 T sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup flour
Directions

Mix yeast, water, sugar, salt, and garlic until yeast is dissolved.

Let stand about 5 minutes.

Add flour until you can work it with hands.

Knead until smooth.

Cover dough lightly with oil.

Let rise until 2x size. Split and spread.
