Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb bag plain hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 8 oz package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1 diced onion

Directions

  1. Thaw hash browns – mix everything together – put in 9/13 cake pan.

  2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
