Teriyaki Beef

Great for stir-fry with chicken

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb sirloin tip steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 16 oz oriental blend

Directions

  1. In large fry pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, cook beef over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Combine teriyaki sauce, water, cornstarch and sugar.

  3. Add sauce and vegetables to the beef; bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium.

  4. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve over hot rice.
