Ingredients
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. all spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 C flour
- 3 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 C of oil
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 C pecans
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and devide up into three small coffee cans that have been oiled and dusted with flour. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Cakes will come out in a log to be sliced. Great gifts at Christmas time !
