Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 7-oz. pkg. spaghetti, broken
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked & cubed
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 T. diced pimento
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup, milk, pimentos, salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti; add to the chicken mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to greased 13×9 baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
