Portobello Burgers

Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 4 Large slices of cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 TSP Grey poupon
  • 4 Sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tomato, cut into 8 slices

Directions

  1. Heat grill

  2. Brush tops with 1/2 the dressing

  3. Grill with top sides down for 2-3 min

  4. Brush with remaining dressing

  5. Grill 2-3 more min. until tender

  6. Top with cheese and grill until melted

  7. Mix mayo and mustard; spread on buns

  8. Top with spinach, tomatoes & mushrooms
