Summer Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Zesty Italian
  • 1 tub Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesean
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. Microwave potatoes in water and covered for 12-15 min. Drain. Place in large bowl. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour or until cooled. Add remaining ingredients; mix.
