Parmesan Glazed Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 small acorn squash, halved and seeded
  • 1 TBSP butter, melted
  • 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. oven to 375. cut squash in half, put cut sides up in baking dish. Add 1/2 cup water to dish and cover. Bake 40 min or until tender. Mix butter, sugar and oil and spoon over squash. Top with cheese and cinnamon. Bake another 5 min
