Cheese and Bacon Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 large fresh mushrooms
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 TSBP fresh parsley

Directions

  1. at oven to 350. Remove stems, mix remaining ingredients and spoon into mushroom caps. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 18-20 min.
