Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 16-oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 46-fluid oz. bottle tomato juice
  • 3-4 t. chili powder
  • 1 t. salt

Directions

  1. Lightly brown ground beef. Add beans, tomato juice, salt and chili powder.

  2. Simmer 3 hours.
