Ruth’s Chex Mix

Ingredients

  • rice chex®
  • corn chex®
  • pretzels
  • cheese balls
  • nuts
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Measure 12 cups of the first 5 ingredients (your preference on amounts of each item) into a jelly roll pan.

  2. Melt margarine in a small bowl in microwave. Stir in seasoned salt and worcestershire sauce. Drizzle over cereal mixture in pan. Stir well.

  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool; store in airtight container.
