Oreo Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, divided
  • 1 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 8-oz. containers frozen whipped topping
  • 1 5-oz. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 3/4 cups mik

Directions

  1. Grind or crush Oreos and set aside 1 cup of the cookie crumbs. Place remaining crumbs in a 9×13 pan and stir in the melted margarine. Press gently onto the bottom of pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one container of the whipped topping. Pour over the crust. Beat together the pudding mix and milk. Pour pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining container of cool whip and sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top.

  3. Chill dessert for at least 1 hours before serving.
