Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • PEANUT BUTTER CREAM:
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • CHOCOLATE CREAM:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. For peanut butter cream:

  2. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Whisk in sugar. Fold into peanut butter.

  3. For chocolate cream:

  4. Put chocolate chips in a metal bowl. Heat whipping cream until it bubbles around edges. Pour over chips. Let stand 5 minutes; stir. Chill 10 mints. Whip until smooth and fluffy.

  5. Serve layered in a glass bowl or dessert dishes.

  6. Option: freeze; swirl together, then scoop into cones.
