Mom’s Rice Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 c rice (regular, not quick cook)
  • 2 cans beef consume
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter, put in casserole dish with rice

  2. Heat consume and pour over rice

  3. Bake uncovered at 325’ for approximately 1 hour & 15 minutes
