Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 can sliced pears
  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 jar spiced apple rings, cut into quarters & drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tbps flour
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c rose wine

Directions

  1. Melt 1 stick of margarine, whisk in 2 tbsp flour and cook 1-2 minutes, whisk while cooking.

  2. Add 1/2 c brown sugar and 1 c rose wine

  3. Whisk about 4-5 minutes or until thickened

  4. Add to fruit and mix well.

  5. Spray casserole disk & pour mixture in

  6. Refrigerate for 24 hours

  7. Heat at 350’ for 35-45 minutes until hot & bubbly
