Oreo & ice cream sandwich cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c hot fudge ice topping
  • 1 cool whip (thawed and divided
  • 1 pkg (3.9 oz) jello choc instant pudding
  • 16 oreo cookies chopped (about 2 cups divided
  • 12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches

Directions

  1. Whisk fudge topping and 1 c cool whip, add dry instant pudding, and stir in 1 cup cookies

  2. arrange 4 sandwiches on a sheet covered in aluminum foil 24" long. Cover with 1/2 the cool whip and repeat. Frost with remaining cool whip and and press remaining cookies into top and side. cover loosely with foil and freeze 4 hours.
