Crock Pot Chicken

Good with tortillas. Add sour cream and cheese if desired

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breast (about 4)
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Picante Sauce or Salsa
  • 1 8oz Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. Pour corn, beans, and salsa over frozen chicken breast in crock pot.

  2. Cook 4-5 hours (chicken will be falling apart).

  3. Add cream cheese and cook about 30 minutes.

  4. Mix well.
