Chocolate PB Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1/4cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. MICROWAVE chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

  2. STIR in peanut butter until well blended. Cool to room temperature. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.

  3. SCOOP peanut butter mixture with melon baller or teaspoon, then shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Press squares in suggested coatings, turning to evenly coat all sides of each square. Makes 16 servings, 4 squares each.
