Super-Easy Curried Tuna Steaks with Noodles

I use Kikkoman’s Yellow Curry Sauce, but I’m sure another brand will work just as well.

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 4oz tuna steaks
  • 1 bottle yellow curry sauce
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli
  • 4 cups cooked pasta (i.e., spaghetti, angel hair, rice noodles)
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar and red pepper.

  2. Steam broccoli. Toss broccoli, pasta, sauce and sesame seeds.

  3. Brush tuna steaks heavily with curry sauce and pan fry. Brush on more curry sauce every time the fish is turned. Cook to desired doneness and serve with pasta.
