Toffee crunch yogurt ice cream

Ingredients

  • 450g toffee yogurt
  • 397g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Crunchie bar
  • 300ml jar toffee sauce
  • ice cream cones, to serve

Directions

  1. Take a 2-litre plastic tub. Pour in the toffee yogurt. carefully open the condensed milk, pour into the tub and mix into the yogurt. Put the Crunchie on a board and carefully use a knife to roughly cut it into 12 pieces. Tip into the tub and stir together. Drizzle with the toffee sauce, then drag the end of a spoon through this to swirl it. Cover with a lid and freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Use an ice cream scoop to serve in cones.
