Fettuccini with Fresh Veggies

Ingredients

  • 8 oz uncooked fettuccini
  • 2 tbsp mrs dash garlic and herb
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 med red bell pepper
  • 2 c chopped asparagus
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 c shredded provolone mozzarella blend

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta per package.

  2. Heat oil in skillet on med add veggies and mrs dash.

  3. Cook and stir until tender about 8 min. Toss together hot poasta veggies and lemon mix mix in cheese.
