15 Minute Chicken ’N Rice Dinner

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 T oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • .5 to .25 tsp paprika and pepper
  • 1.5 cups minute white rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through remove chicken from skillet.

  2. Add water, soup, and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil.

  3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
