Banana Bread

Cook time: 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c mashed ripe banana
  • 1/3 c fat free yogurt
  • 5 tblsp butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/4 ground flax seed
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp all spice

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. combine first 4 ingred, beat med speed, add sugars and beat until combined

  3. lightly spoon flour into dry measure, level with knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingred.

  4. Add flour mix to banana mix just until blended.

  5. Pour batter into a 9 – 5 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray

  6. Bake at 350 for 55 min.
