Creamy Ranch Pork Chop ‘N’ Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix, divided

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until golden brown. Add soup, milk and 1/2 envelope ranch salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with paprika. Meanwhile prepare package of long grain rice according to package directions. adding remaining ranch mix to water.
