Garlic Grilled Chicken

These quick, marinated-grilled chicken breasts are perfectly suited for this season’s suppers. Serve them with roasted fresh asparagus and potato salad for a summer entree that’s as easy to execute as it is to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Swanson Chicken Broth or Chicken Stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Stir the broth and garlic in a shallow, nonmetallic dish or gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the marinade.

  2. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with the marinade. discard the remaining marinade.
