Creme de Menthe bars

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 T cocoa
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1/2 c flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c nuts - pecans probably
  • 2 C graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Layer 2:
  • 2 sticks of butter, melted in a pan
  • 1/3 c creme de menthe
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring
  • 4 t vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 c powdered sugar
  • Layer 3: 1 stick margarine melted
  • 12 oz chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  1. x together and spread layer 1 on bottom of 9X13 pan and refridgerate while layer two is mixing. Mix layer two together and cool for 10 minutes, then add layer 2. Melt together the last layer ingredients and add to top of bars. Cool slightly, but cut before it gets too cool or it will crack.
