crockpot french onion soup

  • 3 large onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c I can't believe it's not butter (or whatever)
  • 2 T beef bullion
  • 4 c hot water
  • 1 t worchestershire sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella


  1. Brown onions with butter in a large skillet. Once brown, put everything but the cheese in a crockpot on low 4-6 hours.

  2. To serve, melt the cheese over the top of each filled bowl.
