Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 C butter softened (no substitutes)
  • 8 C confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 to 3/4 C milk

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.
