Ingredients

  • 11 Quarts chopped tomatoes
  • 3 Cool Whip containers of chopped onions
  • 2 Cool Whip containers of chopped Gr. Peppers
  • 9 Jalapeno peppers, stems removed and put in blender
  • 1/4 C Garlic Powder
  • 2/3 C Kosher salt
  • 1/2 large container Cilantro
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 2/3 C vinegar
  • 5 T Parsley
  • 5 T Chili Powder
  • 5 T cumin
  • 6-6 oz. cans tomato paste

Directions

  1. Cook all except for tomato paste for about 45 minutes. Remove 2 collanders full of Salsa to drain some juice. Then add the tomato paste and cook for another 1/2 hour. Can in quart jars. Makes about 12 jars.
