Zucchini Bread – 2

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound loaf
  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in the pan according to the order in manufacturer’s directions.

  2. Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.

  3. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from pan and place on a rack.

  4. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
