Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c light ranch reduced fat dressing
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 c real bacon bits
  • 2 lb small red potatoes quartered
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350. Mix dressing cheese and bacon bits in large bowl. Add potatoes toss lightly.

  2. Spoon into lightly greased 13×9 baking dish cover with foil.

  3. Bake 40 min remove foil. Bake additional 15 min or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
