Kiwi fruit, ginger and banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 250ml organic milk
  • 500ml organic natural yogurt
  • 1cm piece of ginger, finely grated
  • 2 tsp honey, to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Top and tail the kiwi fruit and stand them on their ends. Slice the skin off in vertical strips with a sharp knife. Whizz the kiwi fruit with the remaining ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds and pour into 2 tall glasses. Sweeten with the honey, if you like.
