3 Cheese Manicotti

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 12 manicotti
  • 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese (divide 1C/3C)
  • 1 8oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 4 C spaghetti sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 C shredded romano or parmesan cheese
  • 1 8oz package fresh spinach, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, three cups mozzarella and spinach.

  2. Stuff uncooked manicotti with cheese mixture.

  3. Put thin layer of sauce in 9×13 baking dish.

  4. Place manicotti in dish and cover with remaining sauce.

  5. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375.

  7. Uncover, sprinkle with romano/parmesan, and bake for another 15 minutes.
