Ingredients
- 18 C torn romaine (about 2 large bunches)
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 C crumbled feta cheese
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C black olives, sliced
- DRESSING
- 2/3 C olive oil
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

In a very large salad bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a jar with a tight fitting lid. combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
