Marinated Chuck Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 lbs. boneless chuck steak

Directions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients. Add the beef. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Grill
