Lemon Zest and Basil Sauce

Good on Caprese Ravioli (16 oz.)

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 C chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbs. grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cook pasta in salted water and drain. Add cooked pasta to mixing bowl and gently toss until all ravioli are coated. Top with parmesan cheese.
