Italian Sausage Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg mild sausage grilled and coined sliced
  • 1 pkg rigatoni
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large red pepper, chunked and sauteed
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Directions

  1. Cook sausage according to package, keep warm. Cook rigatoni according to package, keep warm.

  2. In a large pan place olive oil and garlic, saute lightly for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cook untill crisp tender. Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce wiwth peppers and heat until warm. Mix with the pasta or serve seperately. Top with fresh parsley.
