Ham with Mustard-Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 individual boneless fully cooked ham steaks
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1/4 C honey mustard
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1/4 C thinly sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Place ham steaks in a large skillet. In a small bowl, combine water and mustard; pour over ham. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Turning once. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and onions. Place sauce on top of ham slices.
